1. This course discusses career skills such as making small talks with visitors, describing different kinds of company, talking about job and responsibilities, describing features of products, comparing services, talking about procedures and systems in the office, giving reasons and showing feelings, making and responding to offers, making and responding to suggestions, evaluating performance and summarizing. 

2. This course studies the language focuses such as present simple, articles, past simple, imperatives, can, like, would like, countable and uncountable, prepositions of time, adjectives, adverbs, comparatives and superlatives, present perfect, present continuous, conditionals type 1-3, gerund and infinitives, reported speech.
